3. Project Initiation & Payment Policy

3.1 Advance Payment Requirement: All projects will only commence upon receiving 70% of the total project cost in advance. The remaining 30% must be paid either in installments or upon completion.

3.2 No Refund Policy: Tecaxy maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once work is initiated, refunds will not be issued.

3.3 Dispute Handling: In case of disagreements or delays, no full refund will be issued. Up to 50% of the project value may be waived at Tecaxy’s discretion.

4. Project Delivery & Scope

4.1 Scope Definition: Defined before work begins. Changes may incur extra charges.

4.2 Review and Feedback: Clients must provide timely feedback. Delays affect timelines.

4.3 Final Delivery: Delivered after final payment with necessary files and credentials.

5. Domain & Hosting Terms

• Services via third-party providers.
• Clients responsible for timely renewals.
• Tecaxy not liable for expiration-related losses.

6. Software and Website Development Terms

• Ownership transferred after full payment.
• Client receives full rights post final settlement.
• Tecaxy not liable for third-party server issues.

7. Digital Marketing Services

• Goal-based campaigns with realistic expectations.
• No performance guarantee, but best practices ensured.
• Ad budget is separate unless otherwise stated.

8. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

• Client information is kept confidential.
• Data is securely stored and accessible only by authorized staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

• No responsibility for data loss, third-party issues, or damages.
• Clients must maintain their own backups.
• Liability limited to amount paid for services.

10. Termination

• Requires 7-day written notice.
• No refunds for ongoing or completed work.

11. Changes to Terms

Tecaxy may update these Terms anytime. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
