Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all website development services once work has commenced. However, under certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued as outlined below:
1. No Refund After Work Begins
- Once the website development process has started, no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.
2. Client Cooperation Requirement
- If the client fails to provide the necessary cooperation, content, access credentials, or approvals within 7 days of making the advance payment—resulting in a stalled project—a partial refund may be considered.
3. Partial Refund Conditions
- In such cases, 40% of the total project cost will be deducted as administrative and resource allocation fees, and the remaining 60% will be refunded to the client.
4. Scope of This Policy
- This refund policy applies only to website development services.
- It does not cover domain registration, hosting, digital marketing, software licensing, or any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.
5. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@tecaxy.com within the specified timeframe.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
