- The scope, pricing, and delivery timeline of each service will be agreed upon prior to project initiation.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required before any work begins.
- Remaining payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Services may be suspended or terminated for late or non-payment.
4. Refund Policy
- Our Refund Policy applies only to website development services.
- Once work has started, no refunds are provided unless stated in the Refund Policy.
- If a refund is applicable, 40% of the total project amount will be deducted as administrative and resource allocation fees, and the remaining 60% will be refunded.
- This policy does not cover domain, hosting, digital marketing, or third-party services.

5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary content, access credentials, and approvals within 7 days of advance payment.
- Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and project completion.
6. Intellectual Property
- All custom designs, code, and content created by Tecaxy remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights (excluding third-party licenses) may be transferred to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Tecaxy is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business due to downtime, delays, or service interruptions.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
8. Termination of Service
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
- Tecaxy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
